This is Wicker Park where I lived and raised my kids for many years. Wicker Park is a vibrant, bustling, and diverse neighborhood on the near northwest side of Chicago. The dining, shopping, music, and art are just a few of the attractions that draw people to this everchanging neighborhood. After spending many years there, it will always be near and dear to my heart.

And speaking of my heart, I included my loves in this piece. Buddy and Diesel enjoy nothing more than feeling the wind and seeing the world through an open back door car window. If only seeing the joy in this world were that simple for all of us. Always taking life lessons from my boys.
