I hope to bring a little joy with this second River North painting in my Chicago series. Most wouldn't find the street under el tracks the most picturesque spot, but I do. There was just something about that beautiful day with the sunshine seeping through the tracks onto the street below. Of course, as I always do, I used my artistic license in this piece. Sometimes I add or change up the people, and always include a four-legged friend. In this piece, 'Milo', my sweet canine friend made a fantastic cameo. Truth be told, Milo would rather run free in the mountains and lakes of Idaho. But I still think he looks the part for this Chicago scene, don't you think?
