I call this piece “A Girl and her Dog”. It’s about a connection between Noel and Lucky. Theirs was a beautiful relationship that started with Noel’s earliest memories. Lucky taught her about the unconditional love and joy a dog can bring to your life at such a young age. Now that Lucky is only a memory to Noel and her family, albeit a beautiful one, my hope is that this painting will always remind her of those safe feelings and bring her comfort as she makes her way through this unpredictable world.
